About me

Vasan is a word weaver and tech junkie currently geeking out as a news writer at Digit. The entire Digit office knows when Vasan is writing, because of the din his keyboard makes as he types furiously to let our readers know when something newsworthy has occurred.

Vasan started his writing career in 2018, as a sub-editor for Smartprix, where he was tasked with writing news articles, feature stories, and reviews. Before that, he had short stints in sales, client servicing and advertising, and he uses the varied experience to his advantage. He holds an MBA in Marketing and also holds certifications for digital marketing and is currently picking the brains of our SEO team to learn that trade as well. His work machine is a MacBook Air M1, which he loves a little too much – we can't get him to shut up about what an awesome machine it is!
